Edu / Prof – MBA/Professionally qualified

Is responsible for / to:
Rapport building and staying in touch with key candidates
Generating CVs of candidates that match with Key enquiries from the Key
Candidates database and intimation to concerned Centres for validation of
these candidates
Advise update of Key Enquiries and status to Asst. Systems Coordinator and
ensure that the update is completed and sent to Centres as planned.
Validation of Key candidates
Carry out the search process where required per plan.
Update of Key CVs
Coordination of Key candidates’ meetings with clients where required.
Meeting and registration of key candidates
Creating fact sheets about various companies for information and internal
circulation
Clustering of CVs
Prospecting for clients and adding to the client base.
Pursuing leads assigned by Search members based on the Project Track
Report and signing up clients for our services.
Procuring assignments with clarity in terms of scope of work, deliverables and
commercial terms.
Review serviceability before accepting an assignment.
Qualification & Experience:
A professional/post graduate with 7 - 8 years of work experience. Understanding an industry in depth, ability to engage with senior people and good communication and presentation skills are essentials for this position.
